We offer Free shipping except Books to anywhere in Australia.
For all international customers there is a Flat shipping at $10 per order however we offer Free shipping for our Signature Series packet tricks.
Returns
A large part of any magic purchase is the knowhow or the "secret" to the effects. What this means is that it's unfair to other buyers if you simply change your mind about about a purchase. Regrettably, this means that we won't accept returns in those cases.
If you are in two minds about whether a trick is for you, ask questions via email before you purchase it and we'll help as much as we can.
If however, your trick is damaged or missing pieces on arrival, in accordance with your consumer rights, we will of course replace the affected pieces. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Our customer service is second to none and since we only sell our own items, we have complete control of the process.
